At Fast Print DTF, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Genuine Reason Required: Returns are accepted only if there is a genuine reason for dissatisfaction. We aim to understand and resolve any issues you may have with our products.

  2. Usage Limitation: Returns are only accepted if less than 80% of the prints have been used. Products must be in their original condition for a return to be considered.

  3. Condition of Returns: All items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Any product that has been altered, damaged, or extensively used will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Initiate the return process by contacting our customer service team at (844) 744-7878 or emailing us at info@fastprintdtf.com. Please provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the items.

  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the items. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Refund Process

  1. Approval: Once the returned items are inspected and approved, we will process your refund.

  2. Refund Issuance: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

  3. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on the condition of the returned items and the percentage of usage.

Exceptions

  1. Shipping Delays: We cannot guarantee UPS expected delivery times. However, if shipping is delayed, we will assist you in getting a refund for the shipping costs.

  2. Situational Returns: All returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy criteria.
