Fast Print DTF strives to process and fulfill orders promptly to ensure timely delivery of our products.

  • Order Processing: Orders placed before 4 PM CST (Central Standard Time) will be processed and shipped out on the same business day. Orders placed after 4 PM CST will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.

  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Ground: Typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location within the continental United States.
  • UPS Air: Provides expedited shipping with next-day delivery options available for faster service.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

4. International Shipping

At this time, Fast Print DTF ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping options.

5. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or high shipping volumes during peak seasons. Fast Print DTF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track the status of your shipment on the UPS website using this tracking number.

7. Local Pickups

Fast Print DTF offers local pickup options from our warehouses in Dallas and Houston, Texas. If you prefer to pick up your order locally, please select the local pickup option during checkout to avoid shipping fees and wait times.
